According to the National rating of the conditions of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2017, the Altai region has climbed to 20 positions, from the 49th to the 29th line and as a result joined the ranks of 30 regions with the best investment climate of the country.
A positive investment dynamics in the fixed capital in the 1st quarter of the current year confirms a positive evaluation of the experts: volume index totaled 114%. In addition to that, in the investment structure on types of the economic activity more than 40% is for manufacturing and agricultural sector.
Alexander Karlin pointed out that the questions of the investment attractiveness are on the agenda of the work in the Atai region government and in executive authorities of the region. «The investment climate provides with basic conditions of the successful economic and social development of the region and is one of the factors that forms living standards of the population. The most reputable complex of measures on evaluation of the investment quality level is rankings that create the Agency of Strategic Initiatives together with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Those rankings are traditionally presented at the Saint-Petersburg Economic Forum. This year in the National rating of the conditions of the investment climate the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2017 the Altai region has climbed to 20 positions at a time.
The conditions of the investment climate of the Altai region confirm not only the ranking but Rosstat (Federal State Statistics Service) data as well: the investment dynamics in the region has grown for 14,9% with the volume of investment of 9 bln rub», - emphasized the Head of the region.
