Monitoring of the regional legislation in the sphere of digital economy development in the regions – members of the Association of innovative regions of Russia (AIRR) is prepared by the Committee on Legislation of AIRR in accordance with the schedule for 2018.
The aim of the monitoring is generalization of the regional experience of the legal provision of the development of digital economy in the AIRR regions and detection of directions of perfecting of the federal and regional legislation.
The framework for the monitoring includes federal laws and regulations and documents on strategic planning in the sphere of digital economy development as well as laws and regulations of 16 constituent entities of Russia. 14 regions-members of AIRR are among them: Republic of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Mordovia, Krasnoyarsk, Altay and Perm territories, Irkutsk, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Samara, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk and Tomsk regions. In addition, two constituent entities of Russia, not AIRR members, are present: Republic of Komi and Udmurtia.
Monitoring of the legislation in the sphere of digital economy development in the AIRR regions includes collection, generalization and analysis of the practices implementation of laws and regulations following this direction.
